Deltorin SafeCrew Subscription Terms

These terms add to the Terms of Service and apply to Deltorin SafeCrew Pro subscriptions bought in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are an agreement with AY6 Safety LLC.
What Pro includes
Pro adds JHA/JSA, incident report and corrective action documents and signature capture, and raises the monthly limits for job briefings, toolbox talks, observations and PDF exports, for up to 5 users in your company. Starter includes small monthly allowances (for example, one job briefing, one toolbox talk and one PDF export a month). The current limits for each plan are shown in the app. Starter, our free plan, stays free. Business and Enterprise are sold directly under a separate agreement.
Price and billing period
- Pro Monthly: billed every month.
- Pro Annual: billed every year.
The approved US launch prices are $99.99 per month or $990 per year for one company with up to five users. Monthly and annual are alternative plans; you do not pay both. These are approved launch targets, not a claim that the store products are already configured or available. The app and the store show the actual price, currency, applicable taxes and billing period before you confirm.
The approved launch offer is seven days of Pro free for eligible new subscribers. Where this offer is available, you begin a subscription through your Apple or Google account. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the price of your selected monthly or annual plan after the seven days. Eligibility and availability are shown by the store before confirmation. Store configuration and purchase verification remain pending before this offer can launch.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple or Google account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
How to cancel
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Deltorin SafeCrew → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Deltorin SafeCrew → Cancel.
When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to Starter. Deleting your app account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel in the store as well.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds under their own policies. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Google Play's order history. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same store account, tap Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen.
When your subscription ends
Your company's safety records are not deleted when a subscription ends. Free features, including everything listed as always free in the Terms of Service, keep working.
Price changes
If the price changes, Apple or Google will notify you and, where their rules or the law require it, ask for your agreement before charging the new price.
