AY6 Safety LLC terms

Terms of Use

Effective August 21, 2026

These interim terms govern use of ay6safety.com and AY6 Safety LLC products or services that link to them, including Deltorin SafeCrew, Deltorin Signal, Deltorin Contract, Deltorin Docs, Deltorin Audit, Deltorin Academy, and Deltorin Event Lens. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms. A signed customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able and authorized to use a service for your organization. You may not evade security or approval controls, access data without authority, introduce malicious code, violate law or another person's rights, or use a service for unlawful employment, safety, surveillance, or discriminatory decisions.

Safety and professional responsibility

AY6 tools support human work; they do not replace competent supervision, site-specific hazard assessment, emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, engineering judgment, legal advice, medical advice, or an employer's safety program. An accountable qualified person must review outputs and make operational decisions. Never delay emergency action while using an AY6 product.

AI-assisted output

AI-generated or AI-assisted material may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must verify important facts, citations, calculations, classifications, and recommendations before use. AY6 does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for a particular regulated decision.

Product status and integrations

Features, previews, roadmaps, and release dates may change and are not guarantees. Deltorin Signal is a public-visibility service, not safety software and not a substitute for professional marketing, legal, regulatory, or business judgment. Any separately contracted software or third-party connection remains governed by its written scope, permissions, availability, and retention controls.

Customer content and privacy

You retain rights in content you lawfully provide and grant AY6 the limited rights necessary to process it for the requested service. You are responsible for lawful authority, notices, consents, and retention instructions for workforce, customer, or third-party data. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

Ownership, fees, and availability

AY6 Safety LLC and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and original content. Paid services, renewals, support, service levels, and refunds are governed by the applicable order or customer agreement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service for maintenance, security, legal, nonpayment, or product reasons and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, covered services are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AY6 Safety LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Any limitation in a signed customer agreement controls.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using a service. AY6 may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive. We may update these terms, with material changes reflected by a revised effective date or another appropriate notice.
