AY6 Safety LLC policy

Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026

This interim policy explains how AY6 Safety LLC processes information through ay6safety.com and AY6 products or services that link to this policy, including Deltorin SafeCrew, Deltorin Signal, Deltorin Contract, Deltorin Docs, Deltorin Audit, Deltorin Academy, and Deltorin Event Lens. A product-specific notice or written customer agreement may supplement this policy.

Information we process

Depending on the service, we may process contact and account details, organization and workforce information, customer-submitted documents and records, safety and training records, communications, calendar information, product settings, support requests, transaction records, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, diagnostic events, and pages requested. We do not claim that every product collects every category.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, support, improve, and administer requested services; authenticate users; perform customer-directed workflows; communicate about services; maintain records; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Google Workspace data for advertising.

Deltorin Signal service information

Signal may process client-approved public webpages, business profiles, competitor names, buyer questions, search observations, AI-answer observations, and supporting evidence needed for a contracted visibility assessment. The applicable statement of work must define any nonpublic source, account access, retention instruction, or third-party connection before use.

Signal does not require access to workforce safety records merely because AY6 Safety LLC is the legal operator. SafeCrew product data and Signal service records remain separate unless an authorized customer agreement expressly defines a lawful, necessary exchange.

Revocation, retention, and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, customer instructions, security, business records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion may be sent to the address below. Some data may be retained where required by law, a customer's lawful recordkeeping duties, backup cycles, or an active dispute.

Sharing and service providers

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, payment, analytics, or customer-directed integrations; to an organization administering the user's account; during a lawful business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. We do not authorize service providers to use customer data for their own advertising.

AI-assisted features

Some products may use artificial intelligence to draft, summarize, classify, or assist with customer-directed work. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an accountable person before it is relied upon for safety, employment, compliance, legal, or operational decisions.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is perfectly secure. AY6 products are intended for organizations and adults and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our products and legal obligations develop. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date or another appropriate notice.
